Outside the shop Phil is devoted family man and proud father of two. In-between haircuts you'll catch himself doing his daily crossword. His ultimate goal? to one day claim victory in the presitigious Times Crossword Competition!

Morgan Charles Senior Barber
Morgan, Co Director, East London born and bred!
Morgan's passion for barbering has taken him from Cambridge to all over London, gathering over 10 years of experience along the way. With a wealth of knowledge honed from working alongisde some of the best, Morgan's journey has been one of 'The student becomes the master!'
Morgan is known for his sharp fades/tapers and expert scissor work, but his expertise extends to all elements of barbering - when it comes to beards, you'll be hard pressed to find one better!
An avid music and sports fan (what he doesn't know about football isn't worth knowing) get yourself bo0ked in with Morgan for top tier service and great chat!
Rebecca Jones Senior Barber
Rebecca has called London home for over 20 years, transitioning from hairdressing before barbering. With experience working in shops all over the city, from Soho to Shoreditch and beyond, she's honed a versatile skill set along the way, creating everything from skin fades to mullets and everything in between!
When off-duty, you'll find her hanging out with her right-hand man and shop mascot, Monty. Rebecca is a music afficionado (basically the human Shazam) keen reader and (a very fair-weather) cyclist...
A wit as sharp as her scissors, whether you're in the mood for a good chat or prefer to sit and relax while she works her magic, you're in good hands.
Dylan Agnew Senior Barber
Dylan - Originally from sunny Glasgow!
Dylan brings a wealth of experience to The Honest Barber, having worked in a variety of shops across Scotland, before making his mark in London. Now based in Brighton, catch him while you can on Wednesday's and you'll see why he's worth the wait!
Dylan is the definition of versatile, whether it's a scissor cut or a sharp precise fade his skills cater to all styles making him a great all-rounder. His broad experience and eye for detail ensure every client gets the perfect look tailored to them.
Being glaswegian, it goes without saying Dylan brings a lively but easygoing personality to the chair always ready for a good story and a laugh..
Outside of the shop you'll find him immersed in his love for both music and fitness, often at a a gig with mates enjoying the local music scene.
Angela Esteller Senior Barber
Born and raised in Barcelona, but now proudly calls London home, Angela captures the energy of the two cities she loves the most.
She's had a passion for hair since a young age, inspired by her Mum who was a hairdresser. Since officially stepping into barbering in 2019, she hasn't looked back, blending traditional and modern skills, tailored to each and every client.
For Angela barbering goes beyond the scissors and fades, it's about connecting with people on a personal level, ensuring those who leave her chair leave looking sharp and feeling confident, and satisfied.
Outside of the shop you'll find her cheering on her beloved Barcelona FC and enjoying socialising with friends over some good food and music!
